We want you to be delighted with your N.Peal luxury cashmere purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all N.Peal garment tags remain attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
